How to Use Wheatgrass Powder

  • Add One spoon (3g) of Wheatgrass powder to a glass of water adn stir well to get a uniform dark green mixture.
  • For best results,minimum one spoon (3g) Wheatgrass Powder should be taken daley in a glass of warm water on an empty stomach in early morning for at least one month.
  • Start the Wheatgrass powder in small quantity(half spoon) and increase as per body acceptance.
  • A little honey may be added to enhance taste.Honey is preferred that artificial sweeteners as it is natural and chemical free.
  • For better absorption, do not have any food for and half an hour before and after taking Wheatgrass powder.
  • Do no add sugar,milk or mix it with citric juices such as Mosambi.Lime,Pineapple. Sugar contain chemicals. Milk is heavy for digestion. The ph balance of Wheatgrass powder is alkaline and it is highly beneficial to maintain good health. The alkaline level may turn acidic if citric juices are added to it.
